Registration
Please carefully read the following guidelines before finalizing your registration and ticket purchases via ACCUPASS.
- For conference registration and ticket purchases, please click here or scan the QR code. If needed, please adjust your web language settings to English.
- After the registration, attendees will receive letters of registration approval and payment particulars from the organizer via email within three business days. If not, please verify your junk mailbox or contact us.
- ACCUPASS provides various payment options, including credit cards, ATMs, convenience stores, and mobile payment facilities. Upon successful payment for the conference tickets, attendeeswill receive e-tickets via email within three business days. These e-tickets can also be accessed through the ACCUPASS App by tapping the "Ticket” icon in the app footer.
- It is recommended that the e-tickets and attendees’ details be saved and presented at the conference venue. Additionally, non-NCCU students are required to present their valid student IDs for verification purposes.
- Free tickets are exclusively available through ACCUPASS during the early bird phase for ETRA members and NCCU students. The English Teaching and Research Association, Taiwan, will verify ETRA members, which may necessitate additional processing time. Furthermore, NCCU students must forward a copy of their student IDs to english@nccu.edu.tw after their registration.
- It is important to note that refunds are not applicable for the conference tickets, and the organizer does not provide refund services despite the fact that e-tickets can be canceled through ACCUPASS. However, it is feasible to transfer e-tickets to another participant.
